These Terms of Service govern your use of the AnswerLine AI website and the AnswerLine AI receptionist service, provided by EA2 Enterprises (“we,” “us”). By using this website or contacting us, you agree to these terms.
The service
AnswerLine AI provides a done-for-you AI receptionist that answers inbound calls, books appointments into your calendar, and sends text notifications for missed or incomplete calls. Service scope, integrations, and setup are configured per customer. Pricing is $297 per month plus a one-time setup fee quoted during your demo call. There are no long-term contracts and you may cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Demo line
Our public demo line answers as “Summit Heating & Air,” a fictional company created solely to demonstrate the AI. It is not a real HVAC business, and no appointment booked on the demo line is a real appointment. Demo calls may be recorded and transcribed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or service, including attempting to disrupt it, using it for unlawful purposes, or reselling it without authorization. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for complying with applicable laws when using an AI receptionist in your business, including call-recording and consumer-communication rules in your jurisdiction.
No guarantees
The statistics on this website reflect general home-services and call-tracking industry benchmarks and are provided for illustration. They are not a promise of results. The missed-call calculator produces estimates based on the figures you enter and does not guarantee any specific revenue outcome. The website and demo are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EA2 Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, demo line, or service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
